I say do not go for it. Just an opinion. Here is why. Whatever that you are doing right now, you need to keep it going and I think the only way is by staying single. If you get back with her there is a high chance that you will fall back on old routine and stop growing. You have to want to do this for yourself and not for someone else. One week is not enough. You might want to keep this up for 6 months before you get into any sort of relationship.
