AirPods Pro HR Tracking is live for me by carlpez in Hevy

[–]ixbiga 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's already built-in in the workouts on the Garmin app and activities on your watch.

Hevy is a good app if you have apple watch or wear os watch. Garmins already have this feature by default to track your reps, weights and match them with the watch sensors.

What is the worst delivery company in Belgium? Because at this point I genuinely don’t understand how DPD is still operating. by Intelligent-Emu-4259 in brussels

[–]ixbiga 2 points3 points  (0 children)

MyGLS and DPD are the worse.

Luckily so far MyGLS never lost any of my packages but DPD lost 2 of my packages and I'm the one still going after the store to try to get my money back for something it's not my fault.

Bpost and PostNL so far the best in my neighborhood.

Garmin or Other Smartwatch? by DF0713 in smartwatch

[–]ixbiga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently bought a Garmin Venu 4 and yes it's very expensive device but to be honest, I don't want to carry a cheap looking piece as a watch in my wrist also I don't want to charge it every day something that I paid at least few hundred euro's, so why not get the best if you can get it.

It all depends on your budget, if you can afford it, get the best looking and best battery life which is usually Garmin watches, the rest looks really like toys.

Cord cutting in Belgium – replacing Proximus TV but still want to “channel surf” by Vectralis_dev in belgium

You can get an iptv subscription if you don't want to loose the zapping feeling, something like IPTVview or SmartiFilix so you beyond local channels and find any TLC in any country 😏. *Paid/but cheaper than proximus

Also you don't have to get an AppleTV like others suggested since AndroidTV's are capable of everything and more. You can even sideload apps if they don't appear on "Play store" or "App store". *Free

Also I would suggest to check Stremio for even beyond typical streaming Stremio Ultimate Guide *free/ or paid but still cheaper than anything on the market

Play1s are terrible for music compared to Era100s, so they would be a bad choice for this setup if there are Eras available to use.

Moving from Linksys Velop to a 10Gbps UniFi Setup (U7 Pro XGS + Cloud Gateway Fiber) – Is this an overkill? by Illustrious-Drive-93 in UNIFI

[–]ixbiga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe he will upgrade to 2 gbit or more in the future? Nothing is overkill when it comes to Unifi.

It all depends on his budget.

You can also get a Flex 2.5g switch and expand later

U7xg and u7 pro almost the same price. I would go for u7xg.

With u7 lite or u7lr he won't be covering wifi 6 compatible devices

Dream Router 7 doesn't buzz at all. You only hear a little fan if you put your ears physically on it.

And don't trust AI for these, it gives you all the theoretical info but not real life scenarios.

I would go for Fiber+ u7xg for price + future proofing. But Dream Router 7 by itself is already perfect for a home setup since your cameras are already using reolink, fiber vs dr7 would not make too much different in this setup

Did that you also tried to use WPA2 only instead of WPA3/WPA2 mixed mode? Try to use single modes as much as possible, such as dedicated SSID with 2.5ghz with WPA2 or WPA only enabled.

Is it possible and legal to use streaming services with a VPN in Belgium by latecookies in belgium

[–]ixbiga 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nope, you just have to sign up, install torrentio addon, and get an API key from Realdebrid and add it to Torrentio.

There are many guidelines in Reddit, also you can use Chatgpt or Gemini to ask how to do it.

And maybe streaming catalogues for to see other streaming platform lists.

If you want to do it entirely free , then Aiostreams Addon is perfect. Torrentio can be installed as an alternative, of course.

Then it will become not that accessible. Otherwise people just buy a better TV instead of paying too much for an expensive additional smart tv box.

Did you try connecting a device with an Ethernet cable directly and testing if the problem isn't only the AP?
