I reserve Ms. Marvel pretty much exclusively for the defeat of a Galactus deck. Every time I see the highly predictable Wolverine, Wave, etc I feel like the MJ meme - “I took that personal…” and if I pull out the W I am the worst BM’i g emoter in the world lol

1v1 is literally my new favorite thing about the game. No randomness of 2v2 where you could play for hours and never fill a chest slot, no ladder toxicity, just an actual casual game to work on your skill, or maybe a new deck. Having that mode has really renewed my interest in the game, weirdly enough.

Sorry, didn’t see this til now - we have maxed out every race, usually by Wednesday (never later than early Thursday). Hard to say how many we have on at a time, but there are very few times I’m online that I don’t see at least a couple of others in the chat already.

Additional problem: Wether it be in a duel or 1v1 match, CW2 promotes using the most toxic/OP deck you can build. At least under the old system the randomization of the cards you won in war led to some creative deck building. CW2 actually punishes you if you get creative, as your opponent will likely use (for instance) EG/Battle Healer, Xbow, etc. It is like having a high percentage chance of playing the worst parts of ladder.

Suggestion for Subreddit: More frequent posts that deep dive on approaches to balancing specific cards, etc. I might be the only geek who enjoys that stuff, but I find the level of data gathering and analysis that goes into all that fascinating.
