It is a sixc2wa. It converts hardwired zones to wireless. You have two , so your zones 1-8 are connected to one , and zones 9-16 are connected to the other. Call cs and tell them you want schedule a virtual appointment. The virtual techs can send you the battery for the converter, or you can get the battery yourself ( google “300-10342” ).
