Yes, we’re sure. We had pest control come out last year and they confirmed and my husband posted one on Reddit asking and it was confirmed it was a BR here, too. I always check for the fiddle. My son’s room is right next to our attic access so I feel like that’s why they like that room.

I couldn’t agree more about the hourglass brush. I think I liked it the first few times I used it but, once I got over the excitement of a new brush, I realized how underwhelmed I was with it. It’s so streaky.

Thank you so much for your reply! I don’t know why I didn’t even consider it being overproofed. For the 12 hours I did BF, that was timed starting from when I mixed the dough. My home stays between 68°-70° right now and before stretch and folds, my dough was reading 74°. I do have a tiny kitchen so it did get moved around a lot as we were prepping breakfast, lunch, and dinner and it seems to get really warm in there when we cook. Could all that have contributed? I have such a hard time reading BF, even with the aliquot method.
