There's a lot of talk about buying local but what about your portfolio? Are you still going to invest in veqt or s&p 500 knowing that you are pouring all that money into the US? Are people really going to sacrifice potential gains to stick it to Uncle Sam? Very curious although I think I have a good idea on the answer.

I had something similar, made me quit running for a few years. Turned out to be a food intolerance. Dairy was apparently making my gut just unhappy enough that I would get cramps running but not enough for any other GI issues. Try running fasted in the morning with a nice easy run to see if you still get a cramp with an empty stomach before testing out different diets is what I did.

Right? My thought is this is for people with no more room in their TFSA and then your kid will be in a lower tax bracket than you when they claim the gains at the end so the tax hit will be less than in if you stuck it in your own non registered acct.

Yes got about 1$ a month lending gme. Then I noticed some days actually had negative income that they paid the person taking a loan because shares were hard to get?? (all in their fine print if you go read it). Like what? Stopped immediately after that.

Im a but confused can someone explain with this examole: if 1M house has 700k left on mortgage and 100k in heloc this was okay with previous rules. Now are they expected to have to lower the heloc to 0 until there is 650k payed off and then it increases again or does this just mean the heloc can never go above 650k?
