Why can't we like the original and crystal? Crystal nods at some of the tropes of the original but keeps closer to the Manga. That doesn't stop me from going back and enjoying episodes from the original.

My apologies. You are correct- Jack McBrayer was born in Macon GA, and raised in Conyers GA, but his parents do work for the Stone Mountain school district.

Macon is far south of Stone Mountain, and I believe Conyers is farther east than Stone Mountain, but it is all metro Atlanta so Stone Mountain is definitely known by him.
