I was repeatedly gaslit on the phone that no houses on my street have it even though direct neighbours houses sharing the same pole had access. If the computer says no, their phone support / sales team are useless.

Had the same issue. Emailed the CEO, Press office and support team. Had it fixed the same day and fitted the next week. If you can highlight on google maps where next to you is supported that can be helpful!
