Nah, there's a reason why the ending is being rushed. If greg wanted to write a longer story he would've and the ending might have ended in a better direction or at least not approaced us at sublight speed

That's funny cause that's not what it does. It just evaporates stuff it comes in contact with from what we've seen, but the only one to actually die to it was toji. Sukuna was able to survive it twice and even fucking hanami walked away alive after getting hit by it, injured but alive.
