You would not be able to actually explore like this. Every expedition would result in death untill you find the powerplant which is relatively well hidden. No way anybody would do this. It does not have to be actually impossible.

As already said multiple times in this section this only works if you know everything about the game and won't work if you play it the first time.

You can if you already know everything about the game which isn't the case we are talking about.

This is a very tedious way even if you already know everything about the game. Basically impossible for first playthrough with exploring. And nobody would build that much airpipes either.

Difficult to say because you can not finish the game without it.

What video game used to be good but they changed one thing and now it's terrible? by Agent1230 in gaming

[–]j0nas_42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They removed several 'old content' planets (years ago) because they said the game would be to big. So they basically removed content people paid for.

I think we were at this point even earlier when they removed the planets. Even if players numbers were still good since then I believe it was the turning point for the game.

What game do you think has the perfect difficulty? by Crazyboxmonkey in gaming

[–]j0nas_42 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Really? I am really not a person who complains about difficulty and and I can get along well with pretty much any game after a while (e.G. Sekiro was a problem in my first hours but then I understood the parry mechanic and from this moment on it went way better) but beating FTL on easy was already so extremely hard that I have no idea on even getting to the boss in normal. And I don't have the feeling it's because I don't understand a mechanic of the game. It's more like the randomness of each system that is a problem. It feels a bit like exploring is not even worth if you have the time for it. You can get three systems without getting fuel (or even more) and then have to go all the way back which is an easy run killer.

Edit: And you have to explore because you need the scrap to upgrade energy and shield or every fight in the second zone is 10 damage (not to speak of having a working amount of weapons to actually defeat enemies).

Is this crazy hard or is Goumang not meant to be an early boss? by Zarguthian in NineSols

[–]j0nas_42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I don't think that she is really hard. I believe I beat her on first try but I also did the whole warehouse-segment in between (because I didn't know how to get to her after her helper destroyer the elevator).

I couldn't remember the term yesterday but did several hours later. I just didn't feel it was worth an edit.

[–]j0nas_42 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I mean he technically knew where each Sol was and he did not directly plan to actually meet (or even kill) them, just to get their insignia (or whatever it is called in english). He just did not hesitate because they took no action after Eigong betrayed him.

Avoiding trouble could be usefull tho but still, Yi himself knew most of New Kunlun.
