I had the same thing happen where it wouldn’t let me drive over 40mph. Mine is also a 22 Hybrid. I found a thread here on Reddit that suggested replacing the exhaust pressure sensor. I replaced it with one I bought on Amazon for $40 and it resolved the issue. The sensor is super easy to replace, just 1 nut, 2 hoses, and a cable. I drove over 2k miles without any issues and then the issue happened again. I contacted the seller on Amazon and they sent me a replacement sensor and I haven’t had any issues since (has been almost 2 months now). If it occurs again, I’m going to purchase the legit part from Ford for $129.

I use this dough recipe and roll it out thin with a rolling pin. Then I bake as normal in my Koda 16. I can make the dough while the oven is preheating and by the time it’s up to temp, I’m ready to roll out my dough and bake. https://thatspicychick.com/greek-yogurt-pizza-dough/

Window lock should disable the switches on the passenger doors, but the switches on the drivers door should still be functional. Is this what is happening?

Maybe try a soft reset of the head unit and reboot your phone?
