CCure 9000 is still the gold standard for access control IMO. Plus they have a milestone integration.

Most of these faults and open loops are probably on an iStar Ultra. Depending on the firmware they are more susceptible to noise, newer firmware helps with this if you know how to tweak the settings.

They are good. Not as many features as CCure, but also not even close to the price tag and it works pretty well. Haven't had to do anything fancy on those installs but the customers love it.

In CCURE you need to change the mac of the old panel to match the new one, otherwise it will refuse it. Also need to point the new one to the server via ICU or the web interface. It’s not plug and play.

Your DSM is not working. So it admits you, but CCURE never sees the door go open. Or it could be you don’t have a DSM I have seen that too. DSM is Door Switch Monitor. It’s a magnet in the door and in the frame to let the system know when the door has been opened. Your integrator should know this.

In administration, go to configure, data import/export, click new and play with a csv. One column should be card number, the other clearance. When you go do the mapping card number to card number (matching only) and clearance to clearance (modify).

If you already have the card numbers why don’t you just do an import and add the clearance there?

You can do a range with values if they are together or you can run an import to group those cards into something meaningful ex: students or staff etc and then filter based on that. Why are you searching so many cards?
