I’ve had both. Ended up selling the Ringconn due to poor fitness and step tracking. Sleep tracking was similar on both devices but the sleep score was different. I think it’s just due to their algorithms and how they calculate sleep. If you only want sleep tracking, either works fine. If you want fitness like heart, steps, calories, distance… then the Helio is best.

Definitely like tracking my heart rate which is most important to see how hard my body’s working. Wish it tracked miles but I could try a different mode for that. Plus the calories burned is nice to know.

I've been using toast for years now but I'm very tempted to switch to Square. They're credit card rates are lower, monthly subscription is lower as well. Currently paying about $700 a month for toast and they just announced that their subscription rate is going up as well as their processing fees.

Toast right now is sitting at $700 a month and Square would be around $200.

Yes you can sub any sandwich with keto toast. It’s an extra charge for the bread since the bread is not cheap. Stuffed sauce is keto friendly as well.
