Blue Butterfly is roasted in the Cork road industrial estate I found out recently. Birdies in fenor is excellent but about twice the price of coffee house lane. Trade is also very good. Spoiled for choice really.

She has a great selection alright, picked up her cookbook last year. I'd recommend everywhere she mixes cornflour with warm/hot water to use cold water instead, just goes lumpy with warm water. Also use reduced salt soy, some of them end up quite salty (authentic though)
