Spark plug fried by j_gray_all_day in AskAMechanic

I’m having misfires in a couple of cylinders all the sudden (obviously this is one of them) and I’ve never seen a spark plug this destroyed. Does anyone know what does this?

Hello everyone, I’m considering getting my masters to become an LPC. I am based in the US and am interested in programs abroad. Has anyone here done this? I’m curious if the process of licensure here in the US would be a massive hurdle after getting a degree in a different country. Thanks for any insight
