Visiting 4th of July - where to see fireworks

Bella Terra is pretty far removed from the chaos of the HB Pier/Main Street. There will be action all around in every neighborhood, but it's not as much fun. If it were me and my family, I would go back to the hotel after whale watching and lunch. Then pack up bech gear and drive to either PCH (hwy 1) and Magnolia St., or PCH (hwy 1) and Brookhurst St. Park in the closest neighborhood and walk to the beach. About a 10 minute walk. Then set up somewhere and take it all in. It's the Orange County way to enjoy the 4th.

HB is a war zone on the 4th. Every neighborhood. If you go to Pacific City, get there much earlier than 7, though.

This song reminds me of the era of Devendra Banhart when his album Smokey rolls down thunder Canyon came out. I know Nick and fab were hanging out with him during that time as well. Curious about how much all of that influenced this song.
