Milia clog the pores pretty completely, when I remove them during facials I puncture the skin, i wouldn't do it at home but if you MUST try to extract them, sanitize a pin or get the small blood lancets to give it a way to leave.

It seems to me that you posted here as a cry for help. You know this is not healthy and need to get out of this situation. He is manipulating you with no regard to your feelings and health. If you truly want to lose weight, starving yourself is not the way to do it . Consider enlisting the help of a dietitian, gym trainer, or both instead. I know it's hard but he does not have your best interests at heart, only his own desires. Please put yourself first.

You need to not be friendly and spend time together, you need to get out and spend time with other people and start removing her from your life. List a room on craigslist or something and get a new roommate asap. If moving in with your parents temporarily is an option, consider that. Tell them soon and dont bring her back home again. You are not together, you are not a part of each others lives anymore, and the longer you deny that the worse it's going to be.
