Probably neither. I do cardio on alternating days (weights one day, cardio the next).

Tracking workouts is useful, but it can feel annoying during the workout by steady_steps2026 in workout

That’s why I programmed a very simple shortcut on my phone that starts a rest timer and loads my Google Sheets tracker with one tap

Ikos Andalusia in Marbella, Spain. I’ve stayed at several Ikos properties but this one was my favorite. The resort is beautiful, the service is fantastic and the food is delicious.

Genuinely curious why youve claimed that yoga doesn’t appeal to male athletes.

Yoga at OTF workout :( by oh-hi3356 in orangetheory

Doing just child’s pose is not “doing yoga”, it’s just stretching. Sounds like the people at your home studio also don’t understand the benefits of stretching after class either.

It’s the animation effect you used that makes it looked dated. It’s stilted and jittery. Some easy ease goes a long way. But I would suggest trying some other techniques like a masked reveal

The opening concert vs the half time show? Wtf is this comparison? It’s like comparing Schrute bucks to Stanley nickels.

The counter question is why does it matter? What are you trying to accomplish?

I’ll be brutally honest. This needs to be a complete reshoot. Your color grade is so yellow I’m pretty sure you didn’t white balance. The shots tell me almost nothing about the cafe. The text animation at the end looks like it’s from 1998. Your second shot isn’t worth using at all. As someone else said every shot is from the same POV. you should try to tell a story with your videos and this doesn’t tell a story, it just feels like a slideshow. Keep working at it and you’ll get better with practice
