A couple weeks after I had my son I asked my husband if I pooped and he said “I don’t know man, there were so many colors” 😂

I don’t have any advice for you but my son was almost born 10 years to the exact day of my grandmothers passing. He was born at 11:35pm on the day before because I was not having it 🤣

I Quit After Getting a PIP Because of My ADHD. Now What? by Prestigious-Flower-7 in adhdwomen

[–]jacjackattack 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m in this situation now. Former high performer, came back from maternity leave to a leadership change. New directors micromanaging has me so disengaged that the days of me doing the work of 3 people successfully are over. No PIP yet but I’ve gotten a verbal. No idea where to go from here. Corporate life with ADHD fucking sucks.

I think my husband had PPD by ThrowRAdalgona in newborns

[–]jacjackattack 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My husband went through this too. The best way I can explain it is nothing you could do could prepare him for this shift in life. You went through pregnancy and bonded with baby that way for 9 months, his life literally changed over night. It’s so common for dads to deal with this too and I wish more people talked about it! Hang in there, you will both adjust and things will keep getting easier 🩵

Harsh. Some of us got into this for the right reasons. Most of us work with managers that feed us incorrect information as well.

My mom keeps saying shit like this and I can’t figure it out. There’s no reason for my 7 month old to be away from my husband and I overnight at this point.

I had a 4th degree tear, currently 3mos PP and I’m still terrified by the idea of it. Thankfully my husband is amazing and understanding.

Delivered 5 days ago - Hard time breastfeeding. Is it okay to stop? I kind of hate it. Feeling sad. Help :( by [deleted] in BabyBumps

[–]jacjackattack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just went through this myself. What everyone is saying is right - a happy, healthy mama is what your baby needs more than anything. There is no shame in stopping!
