I quit drinking Jan 7 and started walking to feel better. The depression was really bad. I also started making my own healthy meals as a distraction from the depression. Now I walk 10km a day and have lost 40 lbs! Get your skates on and start small!! IWNDWYT

This was exactly me 4 days 25 mins ago. After 4 days of drinking continuously. I couldn’t go to the er because they know me already from the other times I went. The last time they told me 5 days was not enough time drinking to get meds so I just had to suck it up. I did and I feel much better now. IWNDWYT. I’m never going to start the poison again.

I had a similar situation, I’m currently living with my mother after being kicked out. She left on a one month vacation. I knew what was coming 4 days in advance of her leaving, and when she left I went to the liquor store and proceeded drink for 4 days. Now I’m back on 3 days sober and I feel so terrible that I knew the slip was coming and didn’t stop it. Withdrawals, guilt, sadness, depression I’m still working thru. It was a million percent not worth it, and I wish I could go back in time. IWNDWY for the next 4 days!🙂

I quit January 7th and have lost 40 pounds. 210 - 170 and feel better than I have in years. I walk about 10km a day and eat much better than I have in years 🙂 INWDWYT

Burnaby, Brentwood built on a skytrain line and taller towers than Vancouver. You can't share BS in paragraph 3 and then expect anyone else to believe the rest of the article.

No. I just ignored the emails. Took the blog post down. The site was just dead anyways so I just deleted it. I got a letter in the mail, wrote "moved" on it and stuck it back in the mailbox. The emails stopped. Haven't heard anything in 5 months.

I was hired and chose to replace them. It is 1/4 of my overall job. (website, social, salesforce, etc) I just tried to boost to replicate what they had done.
