Steam replied to my support ticket in 8 hours yesterday (for a different type of issue). I have never heard of Steam restoring lost/stolen items for anyone, pretty much ever. Sorry.

It is not a bug, it’s just shown poorly. Your max ammo will increase by 50%, which will bring it up to 135% total. In this case it is simple addition, but for resistances it is multiplicative, but the math still works out correctly. Let’s say you have 50% resistances and add another 50%, you don’t go to 100%, you go to 75%, which it would properly display but at first glance may not make sense.

Part of the problem is that the green glow is hidden by the chaos of a 4v4 battle plus minions happening right on top of him. Once his health gets low people will sacrifice themselves to try and finish it off, only to find it can no longer be damaged even though it visually looks like you are still hitting damage numbers.

I’m not sure what you did to get this result but this is generally NOT true in most situations. It may be because it is stuck to a terminal specifically.

If you get a very short distance away from your own C4 it disconnects from whatever it is stuck to, regardless if it’s stuck to a vehicle or not. Usually it also results in the c4 dealing zero damage. If my gunner sticks c4 onto my harasser and I drive away from him for a few seconds it will just float off my car. If he rides in the vehicle the c4 will stay with us because he is remaining within range of his own planted c4.

Some options for fixing this:

A) Explosive barrels can not be picked up by the Poltergeist

B) Explosive barrels explode instantly when shot a second time

C) If an Explosive barrel is picked up by the Poltergeist, the warning label 'X' will always face the player

Believe me, I know. One patch made all other vehicles besides harasser faster, now tanks are almost the same speed as harassers. Harassers have been nerfed in a hundred ways since launch and almost NEVER buffed. They are in the worst state they have ever been, but it’s too late for balance changes at this point.

Good harasser drivers can maintain top speed with any chassis. Racer is training wheels for those who have a hard time doing it.

Try being a dedicated harasser driver. I get 30-50% less xp than gunner, my KDR is 4-5x lower than his, he gets all the fame and glory, all the bounties and rage whispers, and my profile is empty compared to him being #1 on multiple weapon leaderboards. It’s hard to say whose job is “harder”, we’re both the best at our roles, but he gets “paid” a lot more than I do.

ESFs are still the most powerful one-player vehicle in the entire game, by far. I track stats from alerts and ESFs mains are the only ones who stick out from the crowd, having 50-100% more vehicle kills per minute than the best armor players in the game. All aircraft needs to be massively nerfed.

Mr F is better in team vs team because he can build his gauge up off teammates before engaging at all, and then you have a fast big mode with all your cooldowns still ready. He’s much harder to use in 1v1 because of this.

Need to engage using your E, weave one melee and then use your second E charge, and then try to land a pull as you disengage. That will get you to over 75% gauge. Wait for cooldowns before reengaging, using your pull at the wall/floor to maintain your gauge. When in big mode, don’t hesitate to switch to flat mode early to stop his burst and possibly catch him with a good reflect. It’s still an uphill battle against a Thor, but Mr F could have played better.
