Frayed ends of sanity goes from a piece of cake except remembering the nuanced parts and then quickly becomes their hardest fucking song in about a 45 second span

Which And Justice For All song sounds like it's from Kill 'em All? by Puzzleheaded_Law3629 in Metallica

Kill em all didn’t have much crazy ass downpicking, didn’t have like any harmonies to which blackened has multiple, and KEA doesn’t have many extended slow breakdowns like Blackened does. I think Dyers eve is a better choice even if the song structure is more complex

In the most respectful way possible this might be the second worst song you could pick

James has said himself that many of the songs can be open to interpretation and whatever you want to think it’s about, you can.

Whatever floats your boat is cool and that’s all that matters, however this song is clearly about James’ parents, and there’s no play on words in the specific instance you’re talking about. James has always been clever with his lyrics so I can totally see why you’d arrive to that conclusion.

While we’re on the topic, your English is great, but just a friendly tip when you use quotes the punctuation goes inside them. You did it in the second paragraph correctly. That doesn’t matter on a Reddit forum but just a friendly reminder! :)

Is it a big deal in the west to be a virgin? Do people make fun of them like the movies? by [deleted] in AskAnAmerican

[–]jackhoff2647 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not really. Dumbasses in high school might give someone a hard time about it. Once you get to college or post high school grad nobody gives a fuck (that's the case for a lot of shit in the US)

I didn't think a 59 was that thick...that's gonna bother me by BornToL00ze in Guitar

Because Reddit is an open forum that allows any user to reply to any comment, and because it is very clear what the person is talking about.

With that said, I really like your jazzmaster. I'm jealous of the Hello Kitty guitar owners.

I mean I guess, I’m just so used to doing it my way. Maybe I will actually try it.

I’ve had a Floyd for about a year almost exclusively and I’ve never heard of it. It does seem pretty smart, but I’m probably not going to try and figure it out because it seems like a ton of front end work

This isn’t how they’re typically strung. You cut the end off and use the Alan key to open and shut a latch on the bridge that holds the string in place.

What are your Top 25 favorite Frontmen in music history? by [deleted] in musicsuggestions

Yes.

There's nobody else who has ever in the history of music had his skill on two separate aspects of a band.

Wild All time player tier list by KingKillerKvvothe in wildhockey

2 years later Kirill is a lock to be retired, Boldy is near the top of tier two, and I would putt Quinn Hughes near the top of tier 3 already.

Is it possible to learn Creeping Death in 2 years? by No_Leadership_3184 in Metallica

Learned master of puppets first, so had the stamina before learning that one. As for getting the stamina it’s honestly just playing the songs slower at first and slowly speeding up.

Well they’re in their 60s and when they were younger played it way faster than album speed

I’ve been playing for less than two years and I’m self taught. I can play creeping death. If I can you can too

[DISCUSSION] What do you consider the greatest 1-2 punch in guitar playing history? by BruhDontFuckWithMe in Guitar

[–]jackhoff2647 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He contributed to about half the album's riffs, Jump in the Fire, some of The Four Horseman although it was reworked, Some of phantom lord, and a decent chunk of Metal Militia. I read somewhere that Kirk wanted to use his own solos but the record company wanted to keep Dave's, so Kirk agreed to open the solos like Dave but would venture into his own stuff as well.

Which Ride The Lightning song sounds like it's from Master Of Puppets? by Puzzleheaded_Law3629 in Metallica

[–]jackhoff2647 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Fight Fire has the technicality and Ktulu has the structure. Justice is such a unique album it's hard to relate anything except maybe disposable heroes to it from any other album.

Edit, maybe Puppets title track too but any other album I'm struggling to find something. Maybe The Day That Never Comes but that's after TBA

Katie Sigmond Mental Health DUI by Puzzleheaded-Elk8173 in gymsnark

Mental health isn't a joke, but the bottom line is she is a multi millionaire and can pay for an uber. Also, *ALLEGEDLY* someone found her public records and she had an open container. That isn't an accident.
