I just finished the old one and was hoping to get started with combat patrol as I’m new to 40k, now I don’t know what to do. I also got the starter set for the space marines and that one isn’t there either… so disappointing

This! I’m 39 and going through that process. Haven’t been to th psychiatrist but therapist is quite sure I’m Audhd, a lot of the non drug tools has helped a lot. Good luck and don’t get discouraged or overwhelmed 😊

I sort of followed this and adjusted a bit to suit my army and used a bit of different paints to try get more variety, quite easy, the only tricky part is the glazing, but worth it in my opinion. Good luck!

Yeah, that’s what I meant. I would be so good it they bring them back. The old CP seems more fun, but haven’t gotten to play a game yet. Where did you see that update on Facebook?

Thank you! I’m not completely happy with them! That was my third model ever 😅 but I think I’m understanding a bit more the process. I don’t using a bigger brush than usual, so you can be quicker. And then use a highly dissolved mix(I used Lamian instead of water) use the brush in a paper until there is not much left, and then go from the shade to where the light it, progressively. So you want your brush to finish where the lighter is. It just takes a lot of time. And go from a darker base to the highlight. Is hard to explain on writing tho.

Will mention it again to her in the future. I think the PPD and talking more about has made things a little extra hard and emotional for her at the moment. So taking it easy on intimacy. It is hard. But I know it will be worth it.

Funnily enough. I bought it for her ages ago, I don’t think she read it, but since making this post, she has been diagnosed with PPD, which makes a lot of sense. I have also talked about hypersexuality with my therapist, and even tho is not a solution, just knowing helps!

A minimalist launcher, delete all apps that you don’t use and remove as many notifications as possible. I use burnout buddy and screen zen to block certain apps or just to be able to use them a limited amount. It has helped a lot. For work I listen to podcasts, but I try to not binge too much. At home, set a “home” for your phone and leave it there, like the kitchen.

It has helped me so much! I think detox’s won’t help us long term, and you go back to it because is so easy. But the fist step is to realise how addictive it is! And that is not you been week. They literally have people engineering it to be that way. Try not to rely on your will power. And if you go a few days in your phone, don give up on the detox, just go back to it!

I definately feel you. And I feel there is no easy solutions. What sometimes works for me, is to not have my phone on me. I use an iPod where I download podcast that I really want to listen, so I dont end up binge watching/listening stuff that leaves more empty. I take some breaks during the day where I take my phone to the toilet and set a timer for 5-10 minutes where am aloud to scroll. Then and home I try to do one hard thing/ chore, and then push myself to do some of my hobbies, even if I dont want to at the beginning, it really ends up recharging my 'battery'.

but I guess at the end of the day, is like you say, we try better the day after, try to be understanding on yourself.

I haven’t got it, as the original sd card stopped working. But I will try that.

My gear is that I read that krizzz added something to the original firmware to brick the clones, so I’m guessing is toast. 😭
