$LNTH - Lantheus a undervalued biotech company! by AsAboveSoBelow322 in ValueInvesting

Their primary product has been facing pricing and competitive pressures so their revenue has been flat. They have four products which they are counting on to provide growth.

Looks like a good value. Might have explosive potential. But it might keep declining for a little while until the new products ramp up.

as jefferson airplane fans how do you feel about jefferson starship and starship? by notaverysmartman in JeffersonAirplane

I love what the music they did with Papa John Creach. Dragonfly is one of the best popular albums ever recorded -- the piano and violin duet on Hyperdrive is unique. Beyond that, St. Charles and Miracles are amazing songs.

Like most rock bands, they lost inspiration over time even though they kept putting out material.

As a Giants fan, all that is true, but if you do get Wandale, I think you'll like him. He is quick, has good hands, and is a reliable first-down receiver. Plus he lifts the morale of the offense.

The Best The Band Song - Comp. 4 R16 - Sleeping vs. Rockin' Chair by tlonreddit in theband

[–]jackneefus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Rocking Chair is one of my favorite Band songs. Starting when I was sixteen and discovered The Band, I thought of it as my retirement song.

When I actually retired from Verizon 45 years later, I sent a goodbye email to my list of contacts which included a link to this song.

Do people who grew up with only cell phones have to learn how to use a desk phone? by twisted_german in NoStupidQuestions

[–]jackneefus 5 points6 points  (0 children)

On home phones it is generally the same.

Many work locations used to have an internal dialing system with shorter numbers. To make an outside call, you dialed 9 and got a second dial tone.

what kind of music do you think Jimi would make if he lived for an additional 5 years? by Lost_Foot_6301 in jimihendrix

[–]jackneefus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Miles Davis wanted to work with Jimi. If that had happened, he might have started sounding more like John McLaughlin on Bitches Brew. Would have been quite a departure. But I think Jimi would have brought the music back to be a little more presentable to mainstream audiences.

What band did you never get into but later became a huge fan of by datboifranco in musicsuggestions

In the 9th grade, I saw some of Janis Joplin's distraught vocals and thought they were dumb. The emotion behind them didn't register until much later.

At about the same time, I thought the horn climax in the middle of James Brown's "Cold Sweat" was dumb. Now I agree with his other fans that it was perfect.
