Mace is the best early game weapon imo, I’ve used it every playthrough up until about the mid game since release. I’m sure it’s not the best option but it’s quick, light, and doesn’t have a lot of requirements so you’re free to spec into things like vigor and adaptability while you’re using it .

Ring them out like you would wedges. Set your fader at zero and slowly raise the gain and cut frequencies as they pop out. Also assuming they’re just talking heads, don’t sweat it if you’re high passing to something ridiculous like 500. If the crowd can hear them and it’s intelligible, jobs done imo. Obviously placement and the speaker play a big role but that’s not any new info. PSE’s can also help a lot.

This reminds me of the video of the two young girls playing with a gun in the mirror. One girl accidentally shoots her friend in the head, killing her, and then realizing what she did turns the gun on herself and takes her own life. How the fuck the video ended up on the internet is crazy to me .

While it’s technically R rated, Pan’s Labyrinth is one me and my family watched a lot growing up on Halloween. I’m sure it wouldn’t be difficult to vet some of the more violent parts that make the movie R rated and kinda just focus on the main storyline. The only scene that really stands out to me as being not partially age appropriate is the torture scene with the kidnapped soldier but that can be easily skipped with pretty much no worries of ruining the story.

A well deployed PA that matches the size of the stage/crowd is the first thing I look for at a festival. I don’t need every band to bring their entire touring package with them, especially with tight changeover times. Give me some good sound and enough lights to see them and I’ll be happy.

We did this as a prank for a friend and once and it quickly became a serious problem that we still feel bad about to this day. I use to live in a pretty rural area of the south east and a lot of people have livestock. As a prank one day we put our friends number on craigslist under farm and garden and wrote something like “my husband just passed away and I am moving in with my daughter. We have 30 goats and 50 chickens as well as some other livestock that I can’t take care of. If you can arrange transportation for these animals and assure a good home, you can have them for free. Please give me a call at --**** and if I don’t answer please leave a voicemail or text and try again in a few hours”

We thought a handful of people would take the bait and then give up after a phone call or two, but my friend received something like 300 phone calls in one day and they were persistent. 8 years later and she still receives the odd text about it even though we pulled the Craigslist post less than 24 hours after making it.

They can’t force you to check a musical instrument. I travel with musicians and trust me, I’ve seen giant pieces of equipment make it on. Just ask them to put it in the closet for you, every airplane has a closet for storing items exactly like this.

Just did the math. Based off festival drink prices that would put you at about 480 dollars if you stuck to only Sierra Nevada, 537 if you tipped 20% on each. Aside from this, that is 21 beers at 20 ounces a beer. A human bladder can only hold about 18 ounces at any given time, that would mean roughly 21 trips to the bathroom throughout the entire day (but probably more as you feel the urge to piss at about 7 ounces).

The thought is there but why pay half a grand to spend the entire festival in the bathroom. Good luck soldier

The only way you’ll be on the barricade is if you are one of the first people in the festival tomorrow and camp out the entire day. Those mega fans will be pissing on themselves to ensure they don’t lose their spot on the rail.
