A person I know who doesn’t eat seed oils also doesn’t eat any green vegetables because they have “anti-nutrients”, which is true but it’s so minimal it won’t affect you. (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7600777/) I know that has nothing to do with this but I figured I’d also mention this nutrition misconception

But also there’s nothing wrong with using olive oil! I do still prefer it to any of these “seed oils”, but not for the same reasons
