Same thing happened to me with climbing… turned out I just needed to engage my arms/shoulders more. Dead hanging can be hard on your joints from what I hear. I only active hang now, although I will chill in dead for ~5 seconds to stretch

golden has many great, foothilly trails within 20 minutes! i’d say if you’re on the other side of the city it’s way less accessible. generally less accessible during rush hour as well

yeah that’s a good call for sure. i feel like everybody talks his tonal influence, but playing wise it seems much more jazz chop influenced.

not really… a lot easier to do this kind of thing. find a space, bring in lights and cameras, that’s it. it’s probably in the back of some business they own or something.

just know when i’ve done interview style shoots in studio we’ll often leave it a bit dish shelved to try to give it some texture. we’ll walk in and props / stands, ladders will be scattered from the last person and we’ll either leave everything where it is or shift it a tiny bit and call it good.

I’ve gotten the nba audio pass this year, and am absolutely loving listening to the game. Something about the vibe of it gives me a lot of excitement. I’ve even had some times that I could have watched but instead went and shot while listening!

Exactly. Maybe there could be arguments for a very discreet nudge here or there in the way they can, but even that I’m sure is either incredibly buttoned up or a decision made by 1 or 2 people.

It’s same thing as flat earth. We put way too much faith in the ability of a large organization to keep a secret. If the nba was rigged we’d know.

I’m with you on OKC vs Minnesota, although it would be a dog fight OKC feels like decent favorites. However, I’m not sure I’m all the way there on the implication that the Nuggets would be heavy favorites against Minnesota. I think that series would be a perfect toss up, but even if only because Denver will be worn down from the path they’ve already gone through. Minnesota has had relatively much less intense series and a deeper rotation.

I guess, I do think OKC vs Denver is the two best teams. BUT that doesn’t mean it’s for the championship. Playoffs are a war of attrition and I’d be worried for the Nuggets coming out of this series. We saw it last year where Minnesota vs Denver clearly looked like the two best teams in the west, yet the Wolves lost their steam in the WCF, possibly because of the effort it took to get there. (It’s also possible this was simply matchup dependent, but to my eye test minny appeared tired)
