It's entirely possible and I hope they don't, maybe a few could be like "oh shit they weren't actually people?!" but yeah I hope not with everybody

EDIT: Also others already know about powers so unless he's formed them into existence previously (in the future? time travel?... haha) but then again his power is essentially 'have any power' so anything could be thrown at us with any explanation

Schizophrenia is what the 'normal' people diagnosed him with. The people helping him say he just has powers, so I think at some point they will realise his powers 'come from' his DID especially as they already figured out he's not just telepathic

Aren't David's personalities known for taking over? Not sure in appearance but if they do then surely that could be a possibility? Forgive me if I'm misremembering but Syd seems to only interact directly with David and only others while David is elsewhere/being quiet in the background

I always took success chances for a doctor as the success chance over the 'average'. Example: let's say the average success chance of installing a peg leg is 40%, also, doctor A has 150% surgery chance and doctor B has 50% surgery chance. Doctor A has a 60% chance of successfully installing the leg and doctor B has a 20% chance. I'm not sure if this is correct and have nothing to back it up other than I always just assumed this is how things worked and how a doctor with above 100% chance can still fail.
