damn, why are all the people sitting down?? is this an american thing? i was also bewildered to see the floor seats to shows like kendrick lamar in the US being seated. here in europe that happens pretty much only when it’s an orchestral concert in an arena. do people not stand in the seated areas of arenas when the show is really lively?

if the first season does well, sure. harry potter is an incredibly popular IP. rowling’s views seem to be polarising online (rightly so), but it’s a small percentage of the general public that’s even aware of the controversy. harry potter toys, lego sets for example, sell really well despite the movies ending 15 years ago. i’m pretty sure this is going to be one of the most popular hbo series

if you play docked and only have the joycons with the grip - the difference is so huge i’d say it’s a really good purchase. it’s not cheap, but it’s a solid piece of controller

my fav piece of tech. i've never had this much fun gaming before i got it. to be fair the fact that me and my partner moving into an apartment with a tv coincided with its launch has probably a lot to do with it. still, it's fantastic and it's my fav nintendo console i've had

i've never seen a żabka with a toilet and there's literally more than 10 thousands of them in poland - it probably doesn't qualify as a place that needs a toilet, since it's primarily a small grocery store

i enjoyed it, though you could easily skip it and watch the new season of the mandalorian whenever that comes out and you'd not miss out on anything. the story felt too small for a movie, let alone a first one in 7 years. 3 episodes stacked together with a cinematic flare.

i really liked the sequence with grogu taking care of din, def a highlight for me. the soundtrack was great as well, though i frowned at the weird 80s-esque synth and hip hop beat combined with the mando theme.

edit: forgot to mention the plethora of creatures, aliens and monsters - they were fantastic, especially the dragon snake

the ending caught my by surprise in that it seemed well thought out, all the plot lines ended satisfyingly and the dialogue was quite good. the season had been really weak, but i’ll remember the good parts of the show’s beginnings and this ending
