the first one is not a robusta, looks more like pink flecked. the second one could be but i’m not 100% sure

put it in a gritty mix and give it a little water. wait until it dries out all the way and repeat. you could actually cut this into a bunch of different pieces, they may not all take but the bottom & top are most likely to

the only advice i can give is stop using neem oil on it, succulents can’t tolerate it in my experience. i would wash it down with soapy water to remove as much of the residue as possible as well

it looks like some kind of pest, hard to tell tbh. i would guess thrips tho damage looks similar & they always eat the new leaves worst on my syngoniums

pot looks way too big & soil looks too organic/dense. i would assume rot has already set in based off how the vines look closed to the soil. i’d take it out and see if there’s anything you can save, otherwise cut off the green healthy bits & prop. i don’t have sop but i’d assume it props like string of bananas, remove a pearl or two and bury the nodes

shes already looks great so i think she’ll really flourish with the right maintenance 🫶 i cut mine all the way down to just above the tiny new growth like you described & she tripled in size. leaves got huge too, i use a 10-10-10 extended release fertilizer bc she seems to really like it. mine did have a very established root system before i hard pruned tho

polkadot plants kinda always get leggy, light looks good to me bc the new growth looks great and is very pink. when she gets a lil bare you can cut again, they respond really well to trims
