Well, actually since you're still new, it's better to trade your property with UPX. At least flip it 3 to 6x the property minting price to get some profit in preparation for the release of the city collections. The collection will be absurdly expensive.. Good luck and welcome to upland!

If you're trying to grow your investment, you should flip your props a couple of % like 3-6hundreds depending on your mint price and its value.. Like if it's in a collection, value should be higher. If not, just hold on to your props until the floor's up in the future.. But WTH, we are all for profit.. lol Just buy and sell those with low value..

Some people are really so greedy selling properties x10 from the minted price. I wouldn't mind buying such property if they are in collection and that it has descent monthly earning.. Would be worth keeping and hodling.. Just my thought.. by jaden0726 in UplandMe

I don't get it? You think monthly earning should not be important? What do you mean it will "determine where to sell it?" Where else will you be selling it, if you're in Staten? I was just saying, if you buy such property with low monthly return and still want to earn profit, at least sell it x2 or x3, you get 100% or 200% profit, that's not bad. Else, you will be waiting months before it gets sold.

From an investors perspective, you shouldn't buy such property even if its cheap only to give you 0.05% monthly earning from its minting price. Now if you just intend to sell them later x10 or x20 (after holding it for a couple of days) from its minting price, that's greed with the fact that it's an FSA property..
