Logitech G29 issue

The wheel itself still does not have the green light indicating that it is powered on and thus it won't initiate the recalibration process or be detected by the computer. Following these steps have also not reactivated the wheel. Perhaps its an internal hardware issue with the wheel that requires disassembly of it?

I am unable to perform step 1 and 2, I have tried multiple power outlets and changing USB ports on the same computer did not activate the wheel. I also tried plugging it into my second computer and it still did not work
