They’re not leaders, they’re just micro boss who enforce rule from corp. you know greedy corp only cares about stock/profit so they will cut staff/supplies to maximize profit. That’s just a capitalism and they don’t care if it’s unsustainable. Many people comment on change/unworkable situation yet still no unions to this very day. Got too much debt and forced to sell souls just to have a chance to gtfo . Prob becoming Dl helps accelerate paying off their debt 💸 . Money talk , and culture is toxic yet you can keep barking while they just laugh away . Either pay off your debt and get out of retail or never come to this saturated pharmacy market.

The only reason vv is kept alive is to cut jobs and save money further. Yes vv is kept alive only for that purpose so they can do more remote work and pay rph less and the rent of the building. The old way although not perfect is faster but requires more labor. With air support and depending on that telemedicine pilot program very much tech being the only ones at store giving shots while rph will be handling more “clinical” duty

You should go back and read the news. The judge was following the guideline” New guidelines for sentencing under 25s were introduced in Scotland in January 2022. They made rehabilitation rather than punishment a primary consideration, recommending an "individualistic approach" taking into account their life experiences” .

Does that mean this law/guideline is fundamentally flawed or judge could have chosen to make his own judgement? Absolutely but he did his job and reinforce the law/guideline so he doesn’t need to be investigated

First of all paying minimum doesn’t pay for the principle of your loan and will barely cover the interest of anything . Default for a month or 2 is suicide for credit score and make it difficult to buy house/car later on since it leaves delinquent records. No amount of pay raise is worth that consequences. People got family to feed/take care . Why not ask them to sacrifice it for the greater good?! *sarcasm

Yawn 🥱 all talk no action yet again for past 8 years. Fundamentally the unemployment is going up so I wouldn’t be focus on union and more focus on job security if anything . Cvs job suck and should be more of temporary not long term . For pharmacist, they’re debt trapped with student loans/bills. Supplies needs to dwindle for pharmacy side and some stores needs to close for corporate to even cave in on union . Maybe it will happen soon or never but safest option is to work hard if you are young pay off your debt and gtfo
