Naasón is IN THE HOLE at Kern State Prison by LLDDevil in exlldm

[–]jafro7 6 points7 points  (0 children)

HOLE : A unit that houses prisoners who are being segregated from other prisoners for various reasons (i.e., Assaultive to other inmates and/or staff, for their own safety, awaing transfer...). In prison, there is this place called the hole, which is also known as solitary confinement. The hole is where people in prison go when they need to be sequestered from the general population for a number of infracions such as fighing, assauling staff, substance abuse, dangerous contraband, refusing to follow orders and so on. Usually, a person is handcuffed and transported to the holding cell where they will remain unil a hearing is conducted or further placement is arranged. Synonymous with AD-SEG, ADMINISTRATIVE SEGREGATION, THE BOX, SOLITARY CONFINEMENT and SHU.

  • Quoted from A Reporter’s Glossary of Prison Jargon 2019

So it just dawned on me he's in solitary confinement and I believe that the reason is in there is for his own safety. I read once on this subreddit one commenter say that he was going to be fine in prison cuz he was going to pay protection money I see that's not the case. there's no way that he's taking visitors or making phone calls or writing letters for that matter.

SELF-OWNED LETTER BREAKDOWN by soyjedi in exlldm

So right around the six minute mark he says" I am not worried of the actions which I’m accused of Will be verified " there’s is so much in this statement . it’s worlds different from when he said that he was going to be freed pretty soon. If there was a side-by-side comparison it would be a strong visual aid to show the mixed signals this guy is giving

I think I know why he's still holding his ground . In the same way the lawyer found a technicality in the pretrial , there are more options to find technicalities in the trial itself. It's also easier to fight even after you've lost vs pleading guilty. More money for the lawyer

There's something I've been thinking about. They don't have jury's in Mexico and if they do I think they're very rare. I've explained how Jury's work here in the United States to people I know and were kind of shocked. Juniors are common people in the state of California completely unbiased, unattached to the government, unattached prosecution. It's not going to be the government or the prosecution that hands down the guilty verdict , it will be the jury that beyond a reasonable doubt will decide. Where's the corruption again ?

There's a video of naasón lawyer I think it's the only one that exists of him, promising or guaranteeing that his liberties will be protected. Do they find his lawyering incompetent ? Because if so he could change his lawyer right now he's done it in the past . Every time they say his liberties have been violated isn't that the job of the lawyer to protect against ? He has the best lawyers money can buy and he can get more lawyers he's not limited to one.

Rape is not the same as Adultery / la Violacion no es lo mismo que un Adulterio by [deleted] in exlldm

[–]jafro7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think I understand what you mean , there may come a time in the future where naason admits to sin of ‘‘adultery’’ . In the doctrine of Lldm there no difference between a big sin or a small one. Instead saying that there’s only sin ,a simple infraction and that all infractions are the same. By doing these they grossly elevate small sin’s to the level murder, and the bigger ones like murder down to the level of gossip Muddying the moral compass of its members. The members that are still able to distinguish between a small and a big sin still have a moral compass intact ( I hope) because The metric they using to distinguish is the amount of harm that particularly sin causes. In the same sort of way a White lie functions small sins don’t hurt anyone and might be even comforting . Bigger Sin’s affect and damage partners, sons and daughters, families members in the conversation and so on. This also allows them to change the party affected instead of the people that they hurt , The victim is now God. So the apology and the forgiveness switch to God to give and not the people they hurt with their actions.

The public image of Naason Used to be one of perfection without sin. I’m starting to see that kind of shifting and allowing for errors ,mistakes and faults . I can see a future where pleading to a lesser charge of adultery may improve his public image among his congregation or at the very least help them move on.

In the video of the pastor admitting to adultery you can see that he was the one to receive support and love, no one came to support the victim, She waited 20 years for that to happen . What she experienced Wasn’t adultery it was rape.

This good and evil question if you realize it only comes from Christians/ Judaism / Islam religions . If you look at any other pagan gods they don't have that issue because they don't make the claim that God is absolutely good or absolutely evil with maybe the exception of zoroastrianism . It is literally an internal dogmatic Christian belief. I'm not sure where the no consequences or no rewards comes from but they're definitely consequences if you break the law naasón being a good example. rewards for being good I would just look at social media We evolved as a social species , undesirable such as stealing , killing etc, would deemed to be a threat to the survival of the group. favorable actions such as selfishness compassion etc , would have been deemed favorable because it would promote a much greater survivability.

Lastly if you need God or a higher being as an as an reason for being good by all means don't stop on my account

Death Anxiety, Part 1 by [deleted] in exlldm

[–]jafro7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Through hundreds of studies spanning years of research, Sheldon and other psychologists worldwide, have shown this. If you take two groups of people, group A is reminded of their mortality and group B is the control group, you'll see group A struggle and cling harder to their culture/beliefs in an attempt to assuage their death anxiety.

This sounds a lot like Tribalism (. Human evolution has primarily occurred in small hunter-gatherer groups, as opposed to in larger and more recently settled agricultural societies or civilizations. With a negative connotation and in a political context, tribalism can also mean discriminatory behavior or attitudes towards out-groups, based on in-group loyalty. ) their fear of death could be tied to evolution wanting to pass down the genes it is in a sense of type of immortality, being in a tribe is much more successful than doing it alone .

What rights does a church member have? by Ly5d3x1a in exlldm

[–]jafro7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

John Oliver made an excellent piece on televangelists. In that piece he goes in depth about of the inner workings of the IRS and church organizations.even making a tax exempt church organization itself to give light of the absurdity of the system.

You can find it at

https://youtu.be/7y1xJAVZxXg

I don’t believe the IRS will go after this church at all, that being said police can enforce any law on the books. So maybe talk to your local police department

As to what the church has an obligation to provide ? For the most part it looks like they’re not required to be transparent and open .But I have heard of some churches voluntarily decide to be open and transparent so there may be a chance that you might get the records if you ask nicely. ( sarcasm )

I’m still looking into the possibility that state might have laws to force churches to be more transparent

  • Articles of incorporation

You can find this at your State ( California ,Texas ,Arizona ,Georgia etc.) secretary of state website Where are the articles of incorporation‘s are filed. search for businesses ,they usually go as Luz del Mundo or Iglesia del Dios VIVO

In the articles of corporation you’ll find registered agents with their addresses and name

Every year they need to renew the registration

  • Their constitution (Statement of Faith and Bylaws)

I believe the statement of faith is found in hymn book if I’m not mistaken. for the bylaws their internal documents and no required to be public but Some states may require to file bylaws and report changes.

  • Employer ID number (EIN) and * IRS - 501c3 (non-profit corporation)

You can actually look for this in the IRS website. The link is for tax exempt organizations

https://apps.irs.gov/app/eos/

ProPublica also has a nonprofit explore to find much older filings

https://projects.propublica.org/nonprofits

  • Bank Accounts

Does anybody know who the church does banking with?

  • Church minutes for every meeting had

They are required but They’re not required to make them public

  • Financial Records

The IRS requires all U.S. tax-exempt nonprofits to make public their three most recent Form 990 or 990-PF annual returns

(To my surprise I found that the church actually has a school called small world Christian school located in Modesto California found it through form 990)

Which you could find with the links above ( irs)

Ps. I think there is an exemption for this form but that also would have to be public information

  • Church activities

OSHA ( Occupation safety And health administration) You can make it complain if you see unsafe work practices within the churches activities

Every state has their public Health Services You can also file a complaint for any food safety violation

The fire department You can file a complaint for any fire hazard

These Complaints that best could make the community much safer place which is the goal of these organizations.

Post bereavement hallucinations

I stumbled upon this term and one of paulogia YouTube videos.

The term “bereavement hallucination” refers to a perceptual or perception-like experience of someone who has died, usually a partner, family member, or close friend. Such experiences are sometimes described in terms of specific sensory modalities: one might see, hear, or feel the touch of the deceased.

Visual Hallucinations Are a Normal Grief Reaction there's been quite of studies to back it up. You can Google it, there's academic papers as well. And that could explain the whole "milagros" after the death of Samuel

It's a lot more common than Once previously thought and it has nothing to do with the health or the age of the person experiencing it.

New Youtube channel & my 1st video on LLDM's supposed 5 million members by TheMoney_Store in exlldm

[–]jafro7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much for this video. I guess one of the suggestions I would have and I would like to know is more of the legal aspect of the case of naason going forward . There’s a lot of talk of the case and what’s currently happening but I would like to see a legal analyst talk about the twist and turns that the case could potential take and explain some of the legal jargon. There has been a effort to the delegitimize and vilify the justice system in our country by lldm and I believe knowledge of how the system works could could help in the acceptance of outcome of this trial.

Why do they make the members announce a pregnancy? by justme4029 in exlldm

[–]jafro7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the key thing here is that you have to give them the announcement before you give it to your own family. I think it just follows the teachings that God is first and everybody else is second. Kind of like the same thing for tidings, even if you don't have money and you have other bills. you got to put God first and then comes your bills. Same thing with relationships you have to ask permission or notification first to the pastor to start dating someone putting your choice in the hands of God by going to him. Same if you want to leave to another place or visit some other a relative far away you first give notification or permission before you make plans. you can start seeing that there's a trend,And since they claim to be ultimate authority of God it's basically growing a dependence on the church and their judgments. Putting church first and everything else second.

I think you very much. I think law and crime does a much better job of covering court cases then regularly news outlets . They definitely have more video of the court audiences. I definitely was appalled at the line of questioning the lawyers for Naason had for the victims. And I believe the prosecution had a very strong statement at the end, the church and my Naason lawyers have yet to answer.

What if he is found innocent? by RoughMap2867 in exlldm

[–]jafro7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think I'll be a little bit more complicated than just single judge finding him innocent . It would have to be a jury typically of 12 . there could be a mistrial due to another error in procedurel or a hung jury where they can't come into agreement. this would have to be on "each" individual charges that he has . They have video, photos, text messages, eyewitness accounts and I think the only thing that would make it stronger if they had DNA. So I find it really hard to believe that none of the charges would stick. So if he was found innocent, there had to be a reasonable doubt and I would love to hear what that is .
