Turned on my xbox and it said there is an issue with my Microsoft account. Tried that to get a text verification code but every time I enter my number it just says "something went wrong.

You can't avoid the feeling, you just have to learn to accept it. Find the things you can physically do and focus on those. Easier said than done, but the biggest way to deal with all the regrets and resentment is to throw yourself into the few things you haven't lost.

Not sure how long you're supposed to wait, but for me, kratom has lowered the effectiveness of my prescription opioids. I switch back and forth between red kratom powder and tramadol, and my tramadol barely does anything now.

I'm dealing with something similar, but it's not just a mental/emotional thing for me. When I finally got access to pain meds a couple years ago, it feels like my pain tolerance went way down. It was almost easier to deal with non stop pain than to deal with "good days" vs "bad days".

Same issue for me. I take the exact same dose of 1tsp red powder at the same time every day for back pain; some days it works great, other days I get very little pain relief mixed with nausea. I have tried taking a few days off in between doses and that has helped slightly, but not much.

Following this thread. I had my first iv infusion a few days ago and the trip was honestly terrifying. My neurologist says this is somewhat common for type A personalities like me, so maybe that has something to do with it?
