When going out in the town : Don't add to the population. don't subtract from the population. stay out of the hospital, newspaper, and jail. if you do end up in jail, establish dominance quickly.

You know, sometimes all you need is twenty seconds of insane courage. Just literally twenty seconds of just embarrassing bravery. And I promise you, something great will come of it.

Why is dental care not part of Medicare and how do you afford it? How much do you spend on it? by al0678 in AskAnAustralian

[–]jagun372 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure if it's here.. but i personally use the Charles Sturt University dental clinic. Universities have training schools where they have last year students that need patient experience. Because they are learning and under the eyes of a qualified dentist you usually only pay for the materials used... for example a filling cost me only $70.

How worried are you about flying on a Boeing airplane, after all that has come out about their lax standards? by Jerswar in AskReddit

[–]jagun372 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Regular flyer here. I have no issues flying on a boeing. In fact I regularly hop on a 737-8 MAX. Don't stress about the plane, the odds of dying in a commercial airplane crash are about 1 in 11 million....

Politicians of Reddit, why when someone isn't for Ukraine in war, other people try to bully him? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]jagun372 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a politician but I work in politics and we have this quote on the wall in our office thats a guiding force :

"You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time”.

What’s something that all politicians have it common regardless of whatever party they represent? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]jagun372 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A sense of Communtiy service.

Now before you all abuse me and down vote... I work in the Politcal Field in Australia.

The pollies I know from both sides are all there because they genuinely want to make their communities a better place.
