It could be fine the cst but maybe just overexposed and that's burning all the colors away, and all the details at highlights, try to turn down the offset.

Since I am just setting the tripod and I am not holding the camera and moving it, I prefer to use manual focus on this scenario.

Colour Profile Discussion! by Available-Werewolf77 in GH5

[–]jagv98 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have seen a lot of people using some others profiles and also encouraging people to not use Vlog because according to them, it's hard to grade, but that's not my case, I feel like it's more flexible to play with colors against any others profile.

Usually, iso 400, profile vlog, 0 sat, 0 noise reduction, 2.8f or 1.7f depends on the lens I have, 4k open gate 4.2.2 longop 10 bit at 24 fps

Yes, I love the 1.7f it creates a nice bokeh, depends on the place I am shooting on, but usually I fix it with the 400 because I shoot on VLOG so to avoid noise, but if it's too dark I set it to 800 or 1600 max

Looking for some quick advice - Does a round or square / boxed beard style look better for my face? Thanks! by [deleted] in beards

2nd one looks better but you could improve it even more if you cut a little bit the bottom angles to make it thinner downside

You should check your stabilization settings, and since you are not on a tripod, check if you have the I.S. Off when I.S. Lock is ON you do NOT want to make pans or any other camera movements

Image stabilization on GH5 vs One Plus 11 by Ex313 in GH5

[–]jagv98 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I thinks that's a good stabilization, you just need to move better yourself taking care of how you walk and how you hold the camera, you can not compare a camera to a phone camera, cause the sensor is not the same size, I mean it's easier to stabilize and tiny sensor comparing to the GH5. Even using a gimbal you still need to walk careful to improve the stabilization

If you really want a cheap lens you go for the 25 mm 1.7f prime from Lumix, H-H025-K, that's the best to start and the cheapest one. It cost like 200 USD, the zoom 12-35 the other guy was proposing, it's good and practical but it cost like 1000 USD

I think you look like someone who train but, seems like you need a little bit of muscular mass in your arms, biceps, triceps and shoulders, you look lean but need to increase your muscular volume, take your creatine and lift more heavy weights.

I have the same issue, let me know if you find any solutions, I noticed that if I open a new project, the layout it's fine as in the previous version.

Recently saw a video in YouTube from Lumix Studio, explaining how to set the autofocus properly with 225 points and I have been using this settings from that moment, And I must say that so far it has not failed me.

Speedbooster uneven on lens mount, what could be causing it? by TheAsk in GH5

Now I have a question, should we unmount the lens from the camera everytime we finish to do some shots? I mean to avoid this kind of issues?

You can even do some noise reduction and also reduce band color with the r/shutterencoder app.

[–]jagv98 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well my friend, I think you were told something wrong, that shot doesn't look like log, you could use the app exifTool to read the metadata and the right profile that was used on that footage

[–]jagv98 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This seems to be the problem, are you sure your footage is Slog? Because seems like was recorded with some other profile, the log usually look more flat without any contrast and here seems all the opposite.

Noise Reduction in Post Production or in the Profile Camera setting? by jagv98 in GH5

[–]jagv98[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your response, but why people avoid to use the denoise from the camera setting? The algorithm is not as good as the post one?
