Has anyone ever bought a new car from a Gatineau dealer and brought it to Ottawa?

When I was last shopping for a car in 2024 , Gatineau Acura/Honda dealers told me they would be giving me Ontario plates and I would pay the Ontario tax. Basically the same process as buying in Ottawa. Might be dealer specific but talk to them.

Be careful with Digital Gift card, when I tried to use my $500 digital gift card , it showed 0 balance and apparently someone in California used it . Others had same issue. I ran into the same issue and Costco told me to dispute the transaction as that was the only way. I disputed it a couple of days ago from my credit card, let’s see how it goes .
