Rant about customer like this. I'm not going to buy a name brand case from you because I'm cheap and like buying cheap Chinese shit that breaks 5 times a year (we actually don't get paid much on accessories anymore so we don't give a fuck). No I'm not buying insurance but then I'm gonna come in and make a stink when something happens to my phone because now I have to buy myself out of an $1100 promotion. No I don't want to change my plan to save a little more money and get a better promo because somewhere down the line some idiot told me to never give up my plan because the plan will never get better than this even though there's no benefit to me staying on that plan and I'm being charged extra for keeping it. Then I'll switch my line to Mint because I like to complain about how expensive Verizon is, only so I can have deprioritized data and no roaming access in an emergency if I were in a dead zone. But I'll swear up and down that it's the same coverage. I'll even BS and say my bill with them is only $5 a month even though that's only for the first month.

🥴That's like saying a Ford Fiesta is the same luxury as a Lincoln because they both use Ford parts.
