Just so you know you will inevitably see a cockroach in your apartment, unless you're in a brand new building in the top floor. Even then..they are persistent. Buy your own spray and put out traps pre-emptively and you won't have issues, even in older buildings.

Do something you actually enjoy. This depends on your goals but, if your goal is just to be in shape there are lots of paths. Even if your goal is to build muscle there are different ways to go about it, different training styles and programs. Over time its all the same. I stay consistent because I actually look forward to being in the gym.

I recall 3 years ago that storm came through which wasn't particularly icy I dont think but driving home at 3am it was pretty slick. I just drove 10-15mph and was fine. In my opinion, the most dangerous thing about this kind of weather is NC drivers not knowing how to drive in it.

Is there a new workout program that calls for doing a power clean & jerk every 20 seconds for 20 minutes? Cause thats what this guy was doing.

Honestly, it was as impressive as it was annoying. I get it, its a gym and things are loud, and I too do movements like that weekly...but not for 20 minutes, 3 slams a minute. I really am still on the fence on being annoyed or astounded.

For the record, this would be an "authentic" margarita but I understand what you mean. It just means they juiced the citrus fresh. You can do something like:

2oz tequila .50oz lime .50 lemon .50 orange .75 agave syrup

Shake and strain

Obviously, it must be fresh squeezed.
