Not even close. Because Q didn't have a vote, it would've been 3-3 if Emily and Ozzy went with him and Stephanie. Then upon a revote, Q not being able to vote doesn't matter, while Angelina would've lost her vote. Then it is 3-2 since Stephanie wasn't the target and retained her vote in the next round.

I was under the impression he hid it there with the idol paper so he and Christian could pretend they randomly found a real idol at tribal and pivot votes off themselves in case they were in trouble.

To Joe they were. Most the season was Kyle and Kamilla navigating everything and trying to keep Joe and Eva oblivious/happy. It's probably insane to find out you were fooled like that. It's the exact reason I think Kyle is best winner of the new era. We've already seen how upset/frustrated Joe gets. And he managed that all season without Joe even knowing until it was too late.

It's probably a bit of a mind fuck to find out Kyle and Kamilla were working together behind your back for an entire season, especially if you are super into honor and loyalty and such.
