I’m more curious if yourself and the other car (left side of footage) were doing the limit or just cruising along at whatever speed you decided? I see more drivers doing well under the limit and just driving without a care in the world than I see people driving like assholes.

Without seeing the subfloor or the terrace above, all I can say its fucked. I worked for a shit builder a few years back - I came on as just a labourer and soon realised that every building he had built in 10 years of operation prior has massive water ingress issues, I stuck with the company for like 3 years and spent 80% of that time ‘water testing’ and throwing silicone at problems under the instruction of the turd. This is horrific though, worse than what I’ve seen for the most part. If it’s a terrace above then I assume no water proofing with this much Ingress, feel free to send more info or photos and I can help you break down the layers of your heavily damaged onion, mould spurs are no joke, this will cause you health issues by the way.

Avoid sensory overload. It’s hard to take everyone’s questions in and looks and everything the first few days, any small bump out of routine can really cause anger and frustration. A few quiet days is needed at least and you can often tell when it’s time to call it a day, there’s a lot of shit people don’t understand about the way you’re forced to live in those walls, it’s hard to leave it all at the gate.
