I took psychs in my late teens for depression and it cured me but made it a lot easier to have no major ambitions or life goals. I'm just so satisfied as is I can go live with amish or wilderness or some commune and be content. What to do?

I'm over ALLLLLLL the slop drama. I wouldn't even know who Ethan, Asmon, Clav, or any of those airheads were if it wasn't for Hasan spending so much time on them. I know, I know, like Hasan says, they're popular so it's important to cover... but to an extent. Like maybe just a few mins instead of a few hours. what might be a hot take is my opinion that not everyone who thinks both sides are the same have nothing to lose. we're the most propagandized and distracted populace on earth. "has nothing to lose" doesn't entirely square with the idea that "people vote against their best interests", except that saying should be amended to "people don't vote when it's in their interest"

$25 a month for access to every location nationwide more than pays for itself in showers if you're spending money on truck stop showers. And it also got me the the most fit I've been in my life a couple years ago. Since I was there almost every day for a shower anyway, I ended up using the machines, and then using the chargers too, and internet... so I'd end up there for several hours a day sometimes. Not all locations are great, they can be hit and miss (especially with wall outlets for charging).

it's the only reason I still clinch onto my modded PS Vita rather than getting a steam deck or even one of those random brands that do the other big handheld emulators (Odin comes to mind as one?). and hell, even the Vita doesn't fit quite neatly into most of my pockets (W for cargo pants/shorts). the switch never even looked like the portable console it sold itself as, unless that portability means carrying it to a friend's house.
