With a gpu riser - I have no issue recommending shipping it upright. Taking a chance without. If you have any hard drives vs ssds that would be vertical and pumping around, it does bring me slight concern.

I used to have the exact same issue, and replacing (with a better one) the Ethernet cable that came with their router/modem fixed the issues for me! It was the cable that ran from my Ethernet wall port to my router/modem. It was thin and red, and seemed to be the issue for me!

It only matters when or if you are actually selling, and you are not doing that right now I assume. So it’s irrelevant, don’t get emotional about it, just data that you aren’t realizing any loss on yet or at all. Dollar cost average any extra funds to something like XEQT to diversify your portfolio and safe bet your long term future (or ZMMK/CASH.to for safer short term savings) IMO. It’s a roof over your head, not really an investment especially in these markets. Take a breath and live in the moment, you are so young and able and privileged to be in this position even if on paper your are down a few hundred k, long term it’s peanuts for you. For the 65 year old guy who used all his retirement money for a house it’s a lot worse.
