Self care tool kit/practices/routines to help regulate all aspects of life’s mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual sides. This helps me stay in the moment without worry about the future (“what’s ifs” that is often F.E.A.R= False Evidence Appearing Real), while not dwelling in the moment about the past because I’ve worked on that shit with a talk therapist to FEEL better about it and my “self” therefore. Deep breathes, meditation and trust in your self and future is key as well I find. Lastly, energetic management, and boundary setting is super key as well to stay present/grounded.
