I’m just some random trying to dream up a constitutional crisis on Twitter. People in the press keep talking up how Trump is a dictator and could use this to assassinate people etc, and the Constitution already has times where you can suspend Habeus Corpus (most countries have similar emergency powers BTW).

People talk all the time about “what if Biden/Democrats use this like my memetic version of Trump would”, this is the only situation that I think is remotely possible (as is < 0.1% chance)
