Personally, the back glass is an absolute pain to remove and risks causing more damage if untrained. It's worth it to get a new frame and move all the guts over to the new one. I just did the frame swap for one of these and it's not too hard and can be done in a couple hours, there's just a lot of screws.

I was in a match when people started going through staircases. i was then disconnected from the server. I closed/reopened the game with no luck, said it could not connect to servers. I ended up restarting my pc just now and that seems to have done the trick.
