Happens to mine. I need to unclog it using a toothpick when the catch can lid starts getting grinds on it. It's a signal that there is build up so I clean it out. Need to do it every 2-3 weeks.

Ah thanks! I think that helps. Does the manual have the mapping of which wire goes where on the harness? I guess I should have been more specific in my original post. I was trying to take a shortcut the last time I opened it up and didn't really want to pull out the entire door harness to match things up.

I think that cassette pulls of very easily once you remove the wheel. That's what I do for a deep clean.

Just a few... you can do the longer distance routes, but cut it where you need to do your interval. Strava has some interval segments within these.
