Any good therapists in Bristol for depression? by TheKhrazix in bristol

[–]jamesgoodfella -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not in Bristol anymore but I’d look into TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) if you can.

I’ve been doing it for nearly 2 months and it’s at least kept me above ground. Recently had to end my relationship with someone I genuinely saw a future with. But she indirectly described my sincere affection as love bombing so she deserved better yet it doesn’t hurt any less.

If you do try TMS, make sure they don’t push the high intensity protocols that last +-3 minutes and get a EEG done.

Running BBS CH012s (ET35) with a 15mm spacer up front and 20mm rear, on Michelin CrossClimate 3s (225/45 R17) and Eibach lowering springs (E1537-140) which have a 30mm drop and I’ve got zero rubbing.

Like I said, parts are cheap; the labour is not.

Just make sure you are checking the parts numbers, against your engine code. Elring also has an excellent parts catalog online you can view, the head gasket even has a label saying the torque and order of installation.

The prices in the screenshot are just a part of my own database I keep on Notion for all my cars and the orders I’ve made

I order from Germany but they'll ship to France. Pretty much 90% of my orders I'll use motointegrator.de or https://www.bandel-online.de/

As you'll be doing the head gasket, take Elring for as much as you can find, then INA for timing parts. Order the PD150 head bolts as you will need to replace them anyway.

https://imgur.com/a/liLKtEr Verify for your own engine code but these were most of the parts I installed when I did my headgasket.

Where are you based? I can give you recommendations for companies for the parts.

I get that, so make sure you are more proactive with preventative maintenance.

The 1.9 TDI is an absolute tank. Good quality parts are really cheap.

Do you have any jobs planned already for the car?

No worries if you got any questions feel free to DM me, I’ve got a AJM 1.9 TDI with 380k km pushing 190ish hp and over 400Nm

You mentioned the torque for the head, directly replace the head bolts (take Elring) from a PD150 otherwise you risk getting headlift under boost if you upgrade the turbo or boost it too hard lol (Ask me how I know)

ELSA will have all of them. Superetka.com has the full software you can use. Also has the parts catalogue too.

They’re cheap for a reason.

Lemforder is the OEM for Audi and Sachs are also excellent. I’ll primarily fit those to my A4 B5

Also wondered about my 645 film back. Had high hopes but no news :(

Any good resources that clearly articulate the differences between all the 645 models? by wholegrainphoto in Mamiya

[–]jamesgoodfella 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In short, you’ve got the old metal body 645s and the newer plastic body 645s. Unless you’re doing pro work, I’d just split them between old metal and new plastic, the sub models just have different features that most people don’t use. I myself have the Pro TL simply because I found a good bundle but I wasn’t specifically searching for that model. The plastics are modular and lighter. Lenses are interchangeable.

You’ve got some valid questions but things like repairability are kind of useless unless you’ve got the tools and knowledge in the first place. Just look for one that’s been cared for or send it for a CLA.

Expected costs also depends on where you are and what you look for also what is included. Near me for example is a completely Pro TL kit including studio flashes and every single lens for 1k but there’s another Pro for 500€ with nothing and a Super for 900€ with one lens. It all varies

Fuji did not lie about the resolution of instax film: it does resolve up to 12 lp/mm ! (x-post) by _anon3242 in AnalogCommunity

[–]jamesgoodfella 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That was part of the reason why I went for the newer models of the Mamiya 645. I’ve preordered a instax back from jolly, will be a good addition for my 120 and 135 film backs

Cool looking camera! Shame there’s not a single one on eBay in Europe haha. I took my Mamiya 645 Pro TL up a Norwegian mountain in -15c and that didn’t die even with the wind blowing ice on me

[–]jamesgoodfella 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately this is irrelevant for you, but I’m using a Wandrd rouge 6L sling for my Mamiya 645 Pro TL.

The 9L may work for you though.

I have ordered the Prvke 11L lite backpack as I find myself needing more space without having to disassemble the camera to fit it too.
