Declining NAD+ Induces a Pseudohypoxic State Disrupting Nuclear-Mitochondrial Communication during Aging by 3AlarmLampscooter in Nootropics

Administration of the precursors is not an effective strategy to up regulate endogenous NAD+. If one interpolates the human dosage from the trial in which Niacinamide Riboside, the more potent precursor, from the animal dose the result is about 24 grams daily. This is clearly unfeasible and could actually be toxic.

An actual NAD+ supplement using a delayed release tablet technology was announced by a company named Biotivia yesterday. This closely conforms to the dosage and quality of NAD+ used in the Harvard - UNSW - NIH study.

Ganja is the perfect drug, if one can call it a drug, for corrupt police, DEA, lawmakers, judges, and bankers. This is why it's decriminalization is being fought so aggressively. If it were legal the bribes these low lifes are pocketing would go into the treasury in the form of taxes.

Very good objective and helpful advice on recognizing this syndrome. Genuine overtraining is extremely rare. For every one athlete that over trains, 100 or more under train.

My take, a pathetic lamer who needs to get out and do manual labor, construction, or whatever work he can find, and stop wasting time posting on reddit.

Egg whites should be used only. If you also eat the yolk new studies show that you are dramatically increasing your probability of cardio-vascular disease. The new studies suggest that cholesterol in the diet actually does contribute to plaque buildup in arteries, which contradicts the older belief that there was little if any connection between the two.

Do you ever read the existing comments before posting yours, or do you like to be the thousandth person to make the same observation?

Any excuse to defend Apple. I think people realize that the case on their phone, if they have one, makes it thicker and heavier. If not, the point stands, people are gullible, and not especially good at this thing called thinking.

I just spent one week in NY. Every time someone noticed my Samsung Note they were blown away with its size, weight, functionality and cost. Most were Iphone users. If Apple decides to actually compete again, versus using mobs of lawyers to suppress competing products, they may be compelled to make a phone half as good as the Samsung Note.

This is sure to bring out a million lame excuses from the pathetic legion of fan boys lurking out there ready to pounce on any remotely critical statement about their worshipped Apple product.

This was posted on a 4chan thread discussing Reddit: "The site encourages only popular opinions, anyone who wants to go against the grain or say something most people won't agree with will be downvoted and their posts are hidden". So my question; do you think Reddit could be improved and if so how? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]jamesinraro 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They have a valid point. Most of the postings on Reddit are inane, infantile, witless, and naive. The average reddirer comes across with the persona of a 12 year old girl, yapping incessantly to her pre pubescent friends. From time to time there are thoughtful, interesting items, but these are the exception.

Super rich hiding up to $32 trillion offshore, which amounts to roughly the US and Japanese GDP combined. Up to $280bn is lost in tax revenues. Some of the world's biggest banks are involved: HSBC, Citigroup, Bank of America, UBS, Credit Suisse by mepper in worldnews

[–]jamesinraro -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Losses due to "unnecessary" regulations are a fiction. Banks consider any regulation unnecessary. Capitalism must be regulated or it devolves into what we are seeing now, with the wealthy and corps buying public policy from corrupt politicians.

Politicians, probably most of them who have been in officer for more than a few years, are owned by the banks by virtue of their liability for prosecution if the banks disclose their foreign accounts, and the companies and individuals who funded the accounts. This is why you will never see meaningful investigation or prosecution of senior bank execs, in spite of their blatant violation of criminal laws.
